I knew that the last equation lay in getting footwear.
This play has alot to do with fashioning and style, and while I am really not in the mood for such plays, and especially now and on such a limited budget.
I knew that I had to buy the two pairs of Jeans and T-Shirt and throw away my worn cloths of the last 2-3 years.
But I even found that taxing.
I had enough of this play- but Macy’s had been a big part of the play with Billy Hung and I.
Nnamdi had literally been with him and I has said it and I am not sure if Billy was fully aware or being polite but he saw that he was being moved too ( with his own free will)
I had observed a pair of Steve Madden Van slips on and I knew and recognized the play immediately I saw them months ago.
Vans are these Old style pumps which when I was in the Green House in 2006 Soho- they were being worn by Jerry – the first dude in the place- I was the third to live there, and the fourth to work there.
There was all this fuss about the Vans and customizing them.
A young lady called Sadie – gifted used to create beautiful designs on them.
She became Jerry;s girlfriend though she was loyal to the Truth I represented. But she feel in love.
– She later came searching for me at 268 after I had been forced to leave the Greenhouse whose art space I had started by doing my Installation art there.
So when I saw this pair there, months ago, it caught my eye, first reminding me of Sadie…

I never thought I would be able to afford them, since I know the Steven Madden brand, so I never really bothered to ask the price.
I had liked another pair and they were 115 usd I laughed at the code but I had no intention of spending that kind of money even if I could afford it.
Lets be real, I am in a Mens Mental Health Homeless Shelter, and I have not been given the cue to come out from undercover.
The relevance of the wardrobe which Billy sponsored 6 years ago was because i had been so sure I was going home and thus, I required some presentable clothing..
I was to pass through the Ritz and then to another destination.
But after that changed when I received the message via Billy and then which was confirmed after Billy told me, by my own experience of the presence which i knew could only be Nnamdi’s energy. who stated that the plan had changed and that I was to include the People in the play…

So this time around, I was less enthusiastic and I can bloody buy my own clothes and in my own time, just let me get home.
But I did make a promise that if I did get the cash, and it was affordable that I would buy some foot wear- because that is the only thing I had not bought.
And my foot wear was only a pair of Armani Dress Shoes and a pair of battered Orion Adiddas .. and then of of course the Micheal Jordans, I bought from Paul Franklin for 5 usd and the Reeboks for 3 usd.
