But that which is rising in me body which is lengthening my body.. Literally making me taller and taller… and I have to stretch.

Einstein was no angel and brought forth a Nuclear Age of Bombs because his own Conscience and Consciousness was not pure… cleaned…
All expression is Energiezed by Focus… and so if it has a corruption, it will corrupt even the purest intended Idea..
